1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "fachai3" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the fachai3 online gaming platform accessible at https://fachai3.net, operated under PAGCOR licensing regulations.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fachai3 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration and KYC process on fachai3.
• "Services" means all games, betting products, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and any other functionality made available through the fachai3 platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR, which all fachai3 players are required to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wallet" means the unified PHP-denominated player balance held within a fachai3 Account, covering all game categories on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-cashable balance items issued to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the fachai3 platform is restricted by applicable law or by fachai3's own access controls.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the fachai3 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with fachai3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the fachai3 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

fachai3 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notice. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the fachai3 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR's player protection framework for online casino gaming in the Philippines.
2. You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of fachai3, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the fachai3 platform via a self-exclusion request or a platform-imposed exclusion order.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

fachai3 employs age verification at multiple stages of the player journey, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, and at any time the platform has reasonable grounds to question a player's age or identity.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of fachai3 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact email address.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) fachai3 account. Opening multiple accounts for any purpose — including bonus abuse, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

KYC Documentation: Before fachai3 processes any withdrawal request, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account details showing your registered name).

fachai3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if the platform has reasonable grounds to question the accuracy of information provided. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the fachai3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). fachai3 does not charge currency conversion fees, as the platform operates exclusively in PHP for Filipino players.

Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, and other methods as listed on the fachai3 platform from time to time.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the player account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification has been completed. fachai3 targets processing of GCash withdrawals within a few hours of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account or that has been verified as belonging to the account holder;
• The full KYC process must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is approved;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before those funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• fachai3 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

fachai3 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fachai3 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus offers are available to qualifying registered players only, unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real funds;
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met;
• fachai3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy that fachai3 determines to be exploiting promotional terms will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the fachai3 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers operating under real-time supervision.

Each game on the fachai3 platform has its own set of rules, which govern gameplay, payout structures, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. These rules are accessible within each game's information panel. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects a game outcome, fachai3 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return staked amounts to players' wallets. No winnings will be paid on voided rounds. fachai3 is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game environment. fachai3 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

Where a discrepancy exists between the displayed game outcome and the fachai3 server records, the server records shall be the definitive reference for determining the result of any game round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fachai3 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with fachai3;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Registering or operating more than one fachai3 account;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of illegal activity;
• Using the fachai3 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform's games or systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the fachai3 platform;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward fachai3 staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

fachai3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain healthy control over their gaming behaviour. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to cap spending within a chosen budget;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-session reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) if they wish to take a break;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the fachai3 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, software code, interface design, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of fachai3 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fachai3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any ownership rights in any content or software on the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the fachai3 platform in any form without the prior written consent of fachai3. Unauthorised use of fachai3 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fachai3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fachai3 platform or its services.

fachai3's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their fachai3 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fachai3 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and fachai3 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fachai3's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

fachai3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so;
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct, including bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering;
• Receipt of a chargeback request on a deposit transaction;
• A regulatory requirement or directive from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• A player's own request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing timelines and any applicable KYC holds.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

fachai3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering a fachai3 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration, KYC, and transaction processes is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the fachai3 platform experience. fachai3 does not sell personal data to third parties.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. fachai3 operates under and is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fachai3's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or, where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for player complaints against licensed operators.

fachai3's internal complaints procedure requires that any dispute be submitted in writing to [email protected] with sufficient detail to allow the matter to be investigated. fachai3 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days.

15 Amendments

fachai3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting of the revised Terms on the fachai3 platform, accompanied by an updated effective date at the top of this document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights, obligations, or the conditions under which services are provided — fachai3 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the fachai3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
